Thuring's Holiday Bungalow features free WiFi throughout the property. The place is very clean and neat, we had fresh flowers in the room. The towels and bed linen are clean and feel nice and fresh. The location is up the hill, not close to the city centre, but very close to tea plantations and a nice 10 min road to Gregory lake. The owner is very kind and made sure to extend our stay when we requested, as well as arrange tuk-tuks whenever we needed one. Overall one of the best stays in Sri Lanka so far, highly reccommend.

Staff (especially Daya & Laxman) were excellent in attending to our needs, rooms were very big as well as the bathroom, food was good, location was nice- surrounded by tea plantations, etc.

In a cosy dining room atmosphere, the hotel’s restaurant offers International cuisine, ranging from French to Sri Lankan. The bar serves cocktails and other drinks beneath the trees. No words to describe. It was a superb journey and what a superb place to be. Highly recommended. The staff was very helpful.
