10/10, we only spent one night but everything was perfect, from the hospitality of the owners, to the pleasant room and wonderfull breakfast (the best I had so far in any bookings). Would recommend without hesitation.

Parking was in a spacious allocated location with the key lock-box right there. Location was superb. Very quiet and peaceful and yet not too far to walk into Linlithgow, or use the hourly bus service (F1) which stops right outside the driveway during the day time only. A regular bus runs from Linlithgow to Edinburgh which suited our needs very well.

Clean, comfortable and cosy with all required amenities for an extended stay. Extra large bed and a big shower. Very peaceful setting and easy parking. By car it is less than half an hour to the magnificent Queensferry Crossing, so Perth, Dundee and the north are all easy to reach as well. Despite this amazing connectivity, the apartment is quietly situated in a very peaceful building. The apartment is exceptionally well equipped as well.

They say ‘it’s the little things!’, however the hosts at Arden Country House have gone over and above, to ensure your stay is one you will never forget. The presentation of everything is that of perfection. Everything they do is ‘not a problem!’ I can highly recommend this 5 star stay, in a quiet and beautiful countryside location. The apple and cinnamon scones, were the best we have tasted. Thank you for the wonderful experience!
