The owners are a lovely and welcoming couple and the lodge is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The view of the mountains as the sun came up was spectacular. As an alternative to the urban places, and for somewhere away from the crowds in beautiful countryside this is hard to beat.

Very anxious to make sure that everything was good for us. It’s shared bathroom but there are two on different floors and not that many rooms so it was not an issue. Kaoru is such a friendly and helpful host who patiently explains how to use the projector screen, BBQ stove, door lock etc. The location is a bit far from Furano city, but I like that is quieter here and full of the "countryside" feel. Will recommend doing the BBQ for dinner, Kaoru will give you recommendations for the shopping the ingredients.

The owner was extremely kind and helpful. He speaks great English, too. The location is amazing! The villa is surrounded by trees and the view from the windows is private and peaceful. Walking around the property, you can see the Biei countryside and watch the sunset over the hills. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.MadeleineYoung couple
