The couple was very kind and offered to drive me to the station, which really helped me a lot. There is also a fireplace in the living room in the evenings, and sitting in the shared room and talking together was one of the happiest times I had in Hokkaido. Thank you for being so nice to me. I wish I could have stayed a few more nights.☺️

The host Taku is very helpful and nice, he recommend and reserve restaurants for us every night and they were all very delicious. One night we had sauna and hot tub under the sky full of stars, this is one experience I will never forget. The house itself is clean and cozy, with a very beautifully decorated yard. We will definitely come back again! Thank you!

Honestly, it felt like staying at my aunt & uncle's house! The living/dining room is a common space for everyone to share, including the hosts who are always available if you want anything. No worries if you don't know Japanese as they are happy to talk in English with you. There's instant coffee, tea, hot and cold water always available (free). If you get breakfast, they will make you a proper cup of coffee. I found everything very comfortable, quiet, and clean.
