Rooms feature TV with cable channels, a telephone, desk and a bathroom with a bathtub or a shower, a hairdryer and a toilet. All rooms offer a view over the old city of Melk, and some feature a private balcony.

The rooms are all named after fruit and tastefully decorated according to their name.. Breakfast is lavish, but, unfortunately, the buffet is cleared at 9 o'clock. We were originally booked in a budget room under the gables. Luckily, we could pay the difference and stay a superior room on sight.

Clean rooms, friendly and attentive staff, the included breakfast was nice and tasty. We also ate our dinners there in the evening. The food was to our liking and the price was reasonable. Highly recommended!

Nice sauna on site and lovely courtyard. Spacious apartment and fairly well equipped kitchen. Just an hour train ride from Vienna. Hosts were very helpful and accommodating. We were warmly welcomed at Reception and given a lovely room. The dinner was gorgeous with plenty of local produce and dishes to choose from. Breakfast was also beautifully varied.
