All the required facilities for a family are in place. The staff is very helpful and kind. The swimming pool and its opening hours are great. The indoor playground is amazing. The local beer is great. The nearby city Heimbach is a beautiful place with lovely people.

Pleasant view from our balcony - we watched a red squirrel and woodpecker each morning Lots of walking paths right out of the door. Also a swimming pool nearby which it would have been nice to use if the weather had allowed.
