Our stay at the hotel was excellent, we were complimentary upgraded upon arrival to the Princess Suite and it is the most beautiful room I have seen or stayed in in the UK I cannot speak highly enough about this hotel and facilities. We look forward to coming back when we are next in the UK

It has TV in every room to make the stay more enjoyable. Car park is available on the street in front of the house and we have no problem with the parking during our stay as we arrived at 7 pm and left at 10am (there is restriction of 2 hours parking from 8am to 6pm). The location is exactly in the city centre, within walking distance from shopping mall.

My room was out of this world for the price in fact I’ve paid three even four times that price for much worse quality rooms. Bed was super comfy didn’t get chance to sample the spa bath but I’ve already booked for next week. Food is gorgeous and beautifully presented. Cocktails are great! Atmosphere is lovely, friendly and relaxed. Staff lovely too. Location is perfect too and is a car park right behind the hotel! Easily the best venue and hotel in the area ❤️MichelleSolo traveller
