This original and charming hotel is within walking distance of the train station and a Metro station. There are shops, cafés and restaurants in close proximity. The staff is extremely caring and helpful. The place is clean and quiet. I stayed in a very comfortable, well designed split level room: nice bathroom with a great shower, also a desk with a kettle and coffee and tea, a huge window, an armoire and safe, a chest of drawers and a suitcase stand. Above, up a sturdy staircase, a huge comfortable bed, a TV and a small fridge with water, soft drinks and beer for a very reasonable price, there was also a phone. Good lighting and wifi, an AC/heater, and accessible outlets for recharging devices. I think split level rooms are wonderful for couples as they give you space and some privacy. I enjoyed the room as a solo traveller. Buffet breakfast is set up in an elegant building where you are served the coffee of your choice by gracious staff. It is easy to imagine weddings and events here. A wonderful place to stay, thank you.

There is a Supermarket and some Restaurants really Close (but you have to take a car since the road is not suited to Walking The owner is super nice and has plenty of Tips for you. The room was big and Clean, the shower was amazing and the Pool Area is really nice with great views on the etna.

It was also very clean. We had everything we needed. We received a bottle of wine on arrival and a booklet with tips and trip suggestion for the area which was really nice. I liked the outdoor area, if the weather wasn't so hot I would definitely spend there more time just relaxing. Breakfast selection offered the sweet options plus the salty ones: ham, cheese, eggs, veggies. Fresh fruits, good coffee. We stayed in the family suite which can host up to 6 people. It has two bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, a sofa bed, kitchen and large open balcony overlooking the pool with a sea view. It was beautiful. Every part of the hotel exibited great design choices with designer furniture. There was excellent communication before and after arrival. Staff were polite and professional with prompt service for any requests. We would happily stay again.

It’s very clean with comfortable beds and quality design choices even in the kitchenware. The staff were well organised and polite. We had a 2 bed apartment which suited our group perfectly as there were 2 beds plus a sofa bed. Most places only offer 1 bed and a sofa bed for 4 people. Not everyone is a couple. The apartment was soundproof and we couldn’t hear any road noise. We stayed in winter. The pool in summer would be fabulous. It’s perfect for a stay in Acitrezza or as a base.
