Very grateful for that as I think it would have been hard to find amongst all the unit blocks. Carlo wasn't able to meet us but his lovely mother Pina did. Centrally located, short walks to both the beach area and the historical centre. Bed was very comfy and the best pillows we've had after staying in over 12 properties. Excellent communication with the host, via Whatsapp, Washer/dryer was efficient. Entry is via a numerical code on a keypad, then the door unlocks automatically sounding like Fort Knox!!! It's fantastic!!. "Next to Sea" is a lovely space to come home to after a full day of sightseeing.CarolYoung couple

The owners/staff were lovely. Breakfast was fine (but I had forgotten to warn them I was gluten-free, so it was a little limited). Location is central to town, but quiet at night. The beachfront area (where the majority of restaurants are) is a 5-10-minute walk to the far end of Via Roma, but there are local cafes and restaurants much closer.

The apartments are super-well designed, comfy, with great attention to detail. Easy free parking and good restaurants nearby. But the best part was Daniele: always present when you need him with useful advice. He really goes out of his way to make his guests feel at home and help them in any way he can.
