A country house in the middle of the Umbrian countryside, Valle Rosa is a 5-minute drive from Spoleto’s centre. It features a salt-water outdoor pool and elegant rooms with an LCD TV.
Each room at this family-run property overlooks the surrounding hills and mountains. They are all spacious and air conditioned and come with wood-beamed ceilings and satellite TV channels. Some also have a four-poster bed.

The apartment has everything you need on a daily basis. The facilities are well maintained and the property is located on a quiet spot in an Umbrian hill. With high outside temperatures it was great to be able to relax under the olive trees, cooling down in the pool! Ideally located close to Spoleto too, we went there a few times. We had a great time at Fontepino.

A good breakfast in the dining room at your designated table. Only a short walk to the entrance of Posterna 3 to take you to the up to the Duomo and old city. The hospitality was good and communication very efficient.
