The location is amazing - we have the perfect view of the canal from our windows! Staff were also really friendly and kind. As our rented vehicle was a mini bus, we were unable to get into the sheltered parking. They allowed us to park right at the enterance of the hotel lobby area which was super convenient! The room was huge with all the amenities required! Really love the big bathroom as well.

In the morning, we were treated to a buffet breakfast. The breakfast is very rich and diverse for such a price. The owner is very polite and willingly answered questions about the city and accommodation. The hotel itself has a smoking room, an onsen bath (and a shower in the room).

I was already very excited when I booked this historical stone house. It is more amazing than what I expected! The owner Hiro is a super nice host and excellent chef. We enjoyed so much having our dinner in his lovely stone house. Food is fantastic! We had a good sleep as it’s so quiet. The stone house looks stunning in the snow!
