The swimming and onsen facilities were fabulous. The breakfast buffet was magnificent.

The hotel features a restaurant and free WiFi throughout the property. The location is amazing - we have the perfect view of the canal from our windows! Staff were also really friendly and kind. As our rented vehicle was a mini bus, we were unable to get into the sheltered parking. They allowed us to park right at the enterance of the hotel lobby area which was super convenient! The room was huge with all the amenities required! Really love the big bathroom as well.
