For me, it was the spacious parking. The basement ramp large enough to allow big sized mpv to pass through. 4. Amazing check in process. Very smooth. 5. The house is at lvl 24 with breathtaking view from the balcony 6. The unit is extremely clean with some modern interior design. 7. Can use the washing machine, cook whatever u like.

It is very cosy and the house is very clean. It can our whole family of 8 adults and 3 children comfortably. The parking space can fit up to 4 cars. The home owner is also very responsive anf responsible. We had issue with water pressure in the toilet and the owner immediately sent plumber to fix that issue
