The Banff Boutique Inn is 10 minutes’ drive from the Banff Gondola, which takes guests up the Sulphur Mountain. Cave and Basin is less than 5 minutes’ walk from the inn. Location was surprisingly handy to downtown. Room was a series of rooms. Staff were very friendly. Kitchen was well appointed with a lot of the breakfast basics - coffee tea milk cereals available. Safe off street parking.

Select rooms offer kitchen facilities and balconies with mountain views. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms were charming, practical, and exceptionally well maintained. I would definitely recommend getting one of the second floor lodge rooms rather than first floor. You have to trade a queen bed for a sofa bed in the living area and you get beautiful high ceilings and more windows in return.
