The room was very clean and so was the hotel floor. The staff was incredibly kind and patient and willing to help in any way (despite the language barrier sometimes). The location is perfect. Close to the opera, arbat, restaurants, supermarkets, and even the bus stop to Medeo is very close. They even had a free shuttle to the hotel when we landed. The double bed was wide and co Fortaleza for me and my two children. It was quiet and calm.

Park Hotel Almaty located in the center of Almaty city. A 5-minute walk from Republic Square and Abay Kazakh State Academic Opera and Ballet Theater. The absolute best value for money with a great location. I would recommend this place to anyone.
