Location is amazing. I liked the security of the code for the front door, hallway, and hotel room door. The room was small, but it had a good wardrobe. The bathroom is large. As stated, there is no lift so be ready to carry your luggage up the stairs. The AC works wonderfully. It is noisy, but it’s an old building and in a busy location.

The breakfast bar was really well stocked, with much more than you could ever want! The food was also yummy!! We also appreciated the fridge in the room, in which you could put your own items, as well as bottled water being made available for our use free of charge on a daily basis. All staff were very polite, friendly and attentive, and good at what they did. Especial thanks go to the room operatives, and also to a young man who had only started work the week we went - Kristian, I think - who was happy to deal with any queries, as well as having to learn his new role: we wish him luck in his future endeavours!

The room was spacious with an efficient layout. Appreciated the sofa and table for clearing work emails. The gym was well equipped. The location is great! It is a short walk to Covent Garden, and Piccadilly Circus was around 20 minutes away by foot. It is also a short cab ride to Blackfriars station, which runs Thameslink train services to Gatwick airport which will get you to Gatwick within an hour.
