“We stayed here for 4 nights and got a warm welcome. We had a large light room, comfy beds, lots of hanging space, a sitting area, a lovely balcony with plenty of place to sit and lovely views. The room was cleaned daily. A hair dryer was provided however if like me you like an early cuppa take a travel kettle as non is provided. A very good varied choice for breakfast even had the choice of boiled, scrambled or fried egg which were all freshly cooked. Very helpful suggesting places to visit. Plenty of places to park the car and as It was a short walk into town this meant you could leave the car on an evening and enjoy a drink with your meal. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here we loved Bad Tolz and would stay at this hotel again. We would definitely recommend this hotel and the area to anyone.”

“The property owner was amazing, she met us on our schedule after running late in traffic, and gave my wife and I a New Year's gift-bottle of sekt, very thoughtful. The apartment is near a few stores with bakeries, which was great considering it's loaded with a full kitchen. You get free bus passes to get you to old-town Bad Tolz which is beautiful. I'm a runner, and this apartment was in a great spot for some wooded runs and jaunts down along the river downtown, but not walking distance (unless you have an hour). We had a car so it wasn't an issue. We were fortunate to snag the southern-facing third floor, which gave us incredible mornings (all-glass southern side) and great views of the mountains and a big sky. Very clean place, very new, fully furnished, really couldn't ask for anything else.”
