“Great to be able to phone the desk late in the evening when we arrived at the locked entrance and have immediate access to the beautiful foyer to sit down and to register and receive our access card via a machine that had a personal contact screen. Great working technology. Then the room was very pretty with simple styling, lovely white linen, nice big windows and view even though small. Super staff and no trouble getting shower drain fixed after a small blockage made the floor wet in the bathroom. Was fixed in the morning. Very happy to be able to extend stay 2 nites for my husband to recover from a bad cold caught while travelling.”
