“Lupe and her husband where fantastic. Lupe loves to talk to travellers and enjoys sitting and talking to practice her English (which is very good). She also encourages you to practice your Spanish. They have a family run tour operator so you can book through the hostel for all the exclusions and I promise you they are the same price as everyone else. Lupe's husband is a guide so you know you are going to get a good experience. We loved our stay in Baños and the hostel was brilliant. Fresh towels daily, fully jotted out kitchen and all the info you could need. Would love to go back. Thanks for everything. Nick and Rach”

“This is one of the best places of our South America trip. Blanca and the other workers are super nice and helpful, she had always a smile for us and delicious breakfast! The rooms are very comfortable and the shower is nice hot. It is only a few minutes walk from the hot terms El Salado, which are way better than the public ones and into town it is just a 10 minute walk, so you are fast in the hassle but can sleep in a quiet place! From the garden you can see the volcano when it's not cloudy!”
