“My friends and I stayed at Los Oliva for 10 days. This is a perfect villa to stay in Galdar, old capital of Gran Canary island. Large house and dining room, well equipped kitchen, 2 places to meal on the air - on the first floor and on the second with beatiful ocean view and barbeque. There is a parking near the house. My friends and I arrived to Gran Canaria on the 20th of November, I`ve booked the house from the 21st cause it was not available from 20th on booking.com. I`ve called to hostess and asked if it`s possible to check in on the 20th may be late-late evening and it was not a problem. So we have no need to find a hotel for one night. Really great! The house is situated in the center of Galdar near it`s main church and very close to main street, shops, restraunts etc. Basically, we have not had any problems during our visit, but if something happened or I had any questions, the owner has always been in touch and respond instantly in whatsapp and what is really fine in Spain - there is no problem with English 8-)) The only problem we found - the first room from the entrance has no soundproof so it`s quite loud due to passing road. 6 people (no couples) or 8 (a 2 couples + 4 people) can perfectly accomodate in the house without any discomfort without this room. The first room is only suitable for those who have a very deep sleep 8-) So, it`s really perfect place to stay for a company of friends. If we will need to rent house again in that area we will definitely try to rent Los Oliva again. Gracias, Pepe!”
