The location was excellent: a quiet spot with a 5 minute walk into town and a 2 minute drive onto the main road. The Coast Hopper bus service which runs from town and along the coast was brilliant: we walked out as far as we wanted along the coastal path and then bused back. The staff were both friendly and helpful”

“The room was well furnished with a most comfortable bed and linen and towels provided. An attic view of the harbour, although distant, went down a treat. English breakfast was cooked to order, served by smiling Avril or Simon who were eager to please. Avril was always available should you have any queries or suggestions we found her to be most helpful. Toilet and shower facilities were clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay at the Anchorage B&B and have no problems recommending it for the future.”
