“At The Blue Haven hotel you are in heaven:) The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, which shows their dedication to being one of the best boutique hotels! The hotel itself is very comfy and cozy, the restaurants are amazing! The food is extraordinary, be it breakfast, lunch or dinner. We had Eggs Florentine for breakfast - delicious, then oysters for lunch - would recommend to order the platter, as the rest are not something special ( at least not the ones with Guinness shot and Tabasco, as if you have already ordered a pint of Guinness and you have Tabasco on the table, then you already have it all :) The dinner was just brilliant - we recommend the scallops with black pudding, the crab crumble - yummy, and the fish pie. There was a small concern from my side addressed to the reception and they did take it in consideration, not only they were extremely polite, and on top of that we received a complimentary bottle of wine. Check out the pillow menu :)) The next trip to Kinsale we will definitely stay there again!!!”
