Amazing quiet rural location with open views to the Apennine mountains and ten minute drive to town of Urbania to the West. Swimming pool closed when we visited as end of season, but would be great for relaxing and enjoying dramatic hill/mountain vistas during the summer months.”

The room and bath were everything one may wish for, the hostess extremely nice and helpful, and the breakfast could have fed us for a whole day: a great diversity of breads, cakes, dolci, yoghurts, fruit, and many more. The best BandB we found on our trip. Wish we could have stayed longer!”

“Lovely place where you can relax. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are of good quality and comfort. The swimming pool is located at a lower level to the apartments which is a plus as this gives more privacy and less noise. This is how agriturismo is supposed to be, local but comfortable. Only minus is that it is relatively remote, but in 20 min you can be in Urbania or in Acqualagna. We would certainly recommend this place as it is good value for money.”
