“The location is extremely peaceful with a lovely view. To reach it you have to drive on an unpaved road but it's extremely well kept and it's easy to find. The house is charming, very farm-like with many cosy personal touches and it's very warm. The sofa bed was comfortable as well as the beds. The owner is very polite, respectful and attentive.”

“We stayed 2 nights.Very clean and lots of extras provided in the fridge and for breakfast.Kitchen was reasonably equipped.The stairs to bedroom were easy to negotiate.Steep hill to the property so we drove our car to the free car park to go to the supermarket and the town( very close and easy to find on google)Pool and pool area really nice( very clean)Shower was fantastic - lots of hot water and pressure- the best. Lovely outdoor seating in front of the apartment with a view .Hosts were friendly, we enjoyed our stay very much”
“Anna and Franco are delightful hosts and Anna's homemade breakfasts are delicious and offer good variety.
We visited when the temperate was in the high 30's and the room was very hot the first night, however a fan was provided on request making the room much more comfortable. The corner bedroom was spacious and overlooked the creek.
The property is in a rural location, requiring a car or bicycles to visit the nearby town of Urbania which we thoroughly enjoyed during our 3 night stay. Urbino is approximately a 30 minute drive from the B&B.”
