“The staff could not have been more helpful. As a British couple travelling in Japan for the first time, it was a very new experience - but the staff made us so welcome and comfortable. We loved the experience of the onsen, and the food both in the evening and breakfast was delicious. One point to mention - We didn't know that you couldn't pay for the stay on credit card, and there are no cash machines anywhere near - so my recommendation to anyone thinking of staying - definitely book and stay there, but definitely make sure you have cash! Thank you to all the staff and hotel management - we hope to see you again!”
