“The best staff was Mr. Tsurumi, desk clerk. We exited the hotel for a short while and had walked for a block already when we were pleasantly surprised to notice he'd hurried down the street to catch up with us to say the room would be tidied. We also waived our right to a breakfast, due to an early train the following day, but he ensured during the preceding evening that breakfast would be packed for us as a takeaway. Fabulous employee, worthy of a promotion. Kudos!”
