“Staff were very friendly and very considerable in making sure all their guests are feeling comfortable. Good food with huge portions. Resort also informed guests beforehand about any on-going activities during the period of stay (e.g. student groups). They made special arrangements to ensure private guests were undisturbed. Rooms were built around and very close to the nature, despite so, the room was clean with proper toilet amenities. Managed to spot a few interesting fauna and flora. The Beachfront Chalet room has a great view of the beach, sunrise and sunset can be seen directly from the bed.”

“Even before we arrived the owner answered all e mails and even sent information about the ferry times without being asked. It was really clean, the towels were in good condition. The balcony outside was big enough for the four of us to sit. The surroundings were green and lush. There was also large picnic tables for our use.”

Pythons in a tree. Bird sized butterflies. Cheap tasty barebequed fish down the road...lovely relaxing weekend and we saw sharks at a reef.”

“The place is absolutely amazing. The chalets are very basic and located on the hill along the beach. It has one of the most beautiful views of the entire island. You are surrounded by nature everywhere, you will have the stunning view of Dragon Horns right from outside of your room. And about 45 min walk to the Asah waterfall. The water is very clear and warm in the ocean. Beautiful corals and different types of colorful fishes swimming in there. The place is not that touristy as other destinations as the island ferry service don't service the place, so there is more peace and quite. Activities that can be done are climbing, trekking, fishing, snorkeling, photography or just laying on a hammock and enjoy the sound of the waves. Thank you so much Leonard and his team of locals for making my stay so special! I had an awesome time at the Simukut Hill View! Definitely recommend for those who want to escape everyday life and to wake up in the paradise!”
