“We were there for a softball tournament and the hotel we had originally book looked a bit sketchy at 1130pm. We looked online to see if there were any rooms anywhere else in the area... We found and booked the best western plus. The front desk staff was very helpful when I asked if there was any other days available and she was able to get us through our tournament by searching and finding us a room for each day we were there. After our first game the girls jerseys were pretty rank. We went to use the washer and dryer and the vending machine was out I've laundry detergent... The safe went out of their way and got us some do we could wash the jerseys.... The house keeping and front desk staff were excellent and we thank them for their kindness.”
