  “Really great staff. They did not speak any English but still we were able to communicate perfectly. They provided 3 times really good meals, Free Thermal bath, massage and physiotherapy everyday. Again the staff was just perfect. They even arranged for me to go to Kutaisi and then the taxi driver waited for my bus to leave for Batumi before he left then. I had already checked out and was waiting for taxi and they insisted that I have lunch before I leave. So I also got an extra meal. I will stay in this hotel again.”

  “Great hotel, great services and fantastic staff! Everyone was super lovely and helpful. Breakfast was really good and the chef lady even offered us pie, hot & fresh from the oven and also offered to make us omelettes next morning. Reception ladies were both very nice and kind and helped us everytime with all kinds of requests. It was spotless clean! We loved our stay and definitely recommend this hotel :) happy times!”

  “Friendly staff, comfortable bed. The great windows ensure a good night's sleep even though the hotel is smack in the middle of the city. The best views ever from the breakfast lounge on the top floor, the cathedral on the mountain on one side and the dramatic river on the other side. Super location for seeing the city on foot and also a good starting point for trips in the area because the city is small. Lots of sights, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Lovely to hang out on the room's balcony in the sunset with a view of the White bridge.”
