Cozy neighbourhood, nice location(about 20mins to the city centre), the tram8 stop is very close, clean&spacious room and the bathroom(+hot water)… All good, although the bed would’ve been nicer if it was a bit bigger for two travellers.

The house is in excellent order and the neighbors are friendly as is the host. It's very close to some pretty woodland and also the tram no.8 is 10 mins away and takes you easily into town.
