From booking to check out, overall experience of customer service is A+. The staff were very friendly. They all went above and beyond to accommodate us. Fun to talk to but also great service. Fun to play games and be challenged to do so. Bet they regret challenging my husband to solve the piramide puzzle ;-). We will definitely be back next time we visit CPH. Just 500 metres from Sydhavnen Harbour, Scandic Sluseholmen offers room service, satellite TV and free WiFi. All rooms at Scandic Sluseholmen have multi-channel TVs, spacious work areas. My wife and I spent in the hotel 5 nights. I want to admit a wonderful staff of the reception always smiling and ready to help. I also want to admit an excellent location of the place that you do not mention on your site. The hotel is only 5 minutes walk from the ferry station wich brings you to the centre and makes it possible to admire the beauty of the city from water. We hope to come to Copenhagen once more and stay in this hotel

Clean, perfectly located, quiet, and luxurious in a pleasing way. The house has charme, style, and is chic. Groceries are within walking distance. Not cheap, but worth every single penny. We loved sitting in the chairs and just watched the water outside.
