One of the best showers ever! Spacious room, quiet even in a very busy part of Liverpool. Staff is lovely, comfy beds, tea and coffee in the room and also in the lobby in the mornings.

Featuring a shared lounge, a restaurant as well as a bar, The Municipal Hotel Liverpool - MGallery is located in the centre of Liverpool, 400 metres from Royal Court Theatre. It exceeded our expectations. We booked it for one night to see Liverpool and I liked the building as well as the interior, plus the price was decent for what I was able to see from photos. But when we arrived we were blown away by everything. Amazing interior design, massive building with high ceilings, everything was high quality and well planned! The main area where the bar and restaurant were was exceptional and I felt like I am in one of the nicest hotels in the world and for me definitely one of the nicest I've ever been to. The area underneath where we stayed was very cosy. There were nice carpets, tons of couches and comfy seats with a nice music so you could read a book in peace and not be bothered by people. The rooms were great, really high quality materials and I wish I stayed longer there. We were also surprised by the great staff who treated us really nicely and made sure we have everything and even helped us with our luggage. We rarely experience such a great service but we had it there. The breakfast was alright, very standard continental buffet but there was a bit of everything

I expected this hotel to be lovely, based on photos and reviews, but it exceeded my expectations. Staff are so welcoming and helpful, the room was big with a couch and comfortable bed and pillows, complimentary water, iron, hairdryer and mini bar. Nice bathroom with good shower. Location is excellent, next to Neighbourhood cocktail bar and so many bars and restaurants nearby, 2 mins walk to Matthew Street, 4 mins walk to Liverpool One. Definitely my favourite hotel in Liverpool!

Aloft Liverpool is just a few metres from the Moorfields Railway Station and half a mile from Liverpool Lime Street Station. Location was excellent with everything handy. Staff onreception were super helpful and nothing was too much trouble
