The onsen is really nice and they accept people with small tattoos as long as you can cover them with the provided sticker.

The location is just a bit ways from Roponggi station, and nightlife around the area is bustling. Couple of covenience stores nearby.

I really don't understand some reviewers saying that this hotel was disappointing, or that the rooms are small compared to Western hotels. Being this our first trip to Japan, and with our baby on board, we were very worried about what to expect, especially because the price is not cheap compared to hotels in other parts of the world (not a con of the hotel, just a fact about Japan). The rooms are OK in size for the price paid. Definitely not a shoebox. The mattress and the pillows are very, very comfortable. Your legs won't go out of the mattress, that's for sure :-) All the amenities are just top quality. I was pleasantly surprised with the bathroom and its details. The staff is helpful and available 24/7 (this was another thing that made us worry, as some people mentioned that they were unfriendly and not really able to speak in English). The location is excellent. 2 mins away from Roppongi Station, in the lively Roppongi, which we will definitely would stay again (not too geeky, not too crowded). Next to the hotel there is a convenience store 24/7, places to eat, etc. If this is your first stay in Tokyo, stay here. For us it was the best stay in years of travelling around the world.

Grand Hyatt Tokyo is an award-winning luxury hotel centrally located in Roppongi Hills, a multi-use complex housing shops, restaurants, a cinema, art museum and observatory. The location of the hotel is great, 3 min walk to the shopping center, restaurants , cafe. There is a direct shuttle bus from/to the Narita airport. We booked Club room and facilities were just great. Breakfast was very impressive. We had a cocktails and sone food every evening, and the fact that children are welcome there makes a difference. For the kids it was a dinner time and they enjoy the food at the club lounge . The personal is very good and attentive to all your needs. Our room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. We went to the spa and love it. We definitely stay again in GH Tokyo.

Beautiful view, really nice the rooms and the service. We really enjoyed our stay, they gave us a free upgrade because of availability.

The staff were very friendly, and there was always someone at the concierge. They always listen carefully to what you tell them and try their best to get what you want.
