Located in Porto Coliseum building, the recently refurbished Porto Coliseum Hotel offers modern themed rooms and a rooftop terrace bar, a few steps from Santa Catarina Street. Free WiFi is included. A wonderful sized suite. We initially booked for 3 nights but needed to extend for an additional night due to the fact that we were waiting for our luggage to arrive from the airport. Even though the hotel was practically full for the final night and all that was available was a much smaller room -the wonderful reception staff were able to work their magic & extend our stay in the same room. All the staff were wonderful & breakfast on the rooftop was included which was a bonus. I chose the hotel because of the location & price & was not disappointed.

Centrally located on Batalha Square, Legendary Porto Hotel is a 5-minute walk from São Bento Metro Station. The recently-renovated property features a bar and air-conditioned rooms with satellite TV. Everything was perfect. Room clean and big. Great location, close to restaurants and rooftop bar. Supermarket not that far (one street up). Everything in walkable distance. Staff was friendly. Very pleasant stay

Within Porto's central pedestrian zone, this hotel is in a renovated 1880 building, at a 5-minute walk from the São Bento Train Station. I loved the décor. The staff was very helpful and always with a smile on their face.

One of the oldest hotels in Porto, Hotel do Norte features free Wi-Fi and a 24-hour reception. The staff is WONDERFUL. I turned a 1 night stay into a 3 night stay. I had a few days off from my job in a neighboring city and decided to stay longer. They have a charming personality that makes you feel welcome and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located in a popular Porto location, Santa Caterina, near Bolhoã. The metro station is less than a minute walk. The rooms are well insulated to keep outside traffic to a minimum. I am an extremely light sleeper and wasn't woken up by noise. The rooms are average size. Some rooms you can view the beautiful Capela das Almas, the blue tiled building that many people take pictures in front of because of its stunning architecture. For the price of the room you get more than you pay for in my opinion. I say this because of the location and comfortability. They provide you with top-notch service and professional yet friendly, which is a hard to master I find too often. There is also a pleasant aroma in the hotel that I find relaxing and comforting. They provide you with the usual hotel toiletries. My room also came stocked with plenty of towels. There is a mini refrigerator and air conditioner in the rooms. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my stay at Hotel do Norte.

Nice well maintained clean apartment. Great facilities. All new and renovated. Located nicely just off the touristic area. Very good value for money

Close to restaurants, public transport, cafes, etc. Th breakfast was great and the staff was professional and cordial. Great experience!
