Management and everybody working here were absolutely great. They went above and beyond to help us. Location is very close to the subway, good pizza places around. I would definitely come back to this hotel.

The William Vale is my favorite spot in NYC. The view from every room is incredible and the staff are the sweetest. I love staying there, I always feel at home. The Neighbourhood is so alive! A few blocks from Greenpoint and the Ferry to the City or Dumbo. I enjoy the terrasse in the summer time and the view from the roof restaurant in the winter. I would recommanded it for a family trip and a romantic stay.

How it was near a lot of local stuff and that the staff was very accommodating esp with some credit card issues since we were coming from Canada. Set up a CC authorization form which allowed us to have a plan B with a situational issue that actually happened. Also they have amazing rooms if you’re working from home. As I was, there were a lot of spots to work at. And close by convenience stores and local eatery. Like Missions Sandwich, Joes Pizza and many more.
