We were on the 16th floor, and as we had a corner room, we had a view of both the One World Trade Center and the Empire State building. The staff were fantastic and helped us every time we needed it - including the offering of a hug when I was on the patio writing my son a send-off letter! I would not hesitate to stay here again.
