In a prime location in the NoMad district of New York, Best Western Premier Empire State Hotel is located 400 metres from Empire State Building, 800 metres from Macy's and 700 metres from Flatiron... Great location and easy access to a lot of places in NY. The staff was very helpful, we got there very early and they provided a place for our bags for only $1. The room was small but very comfortable and clean. We were 3 people so it was enough for us, I think in 4 people the room might be a little on the small side. They also have a dinning area that you can bring in your own food and eat there.

All the staff were always friendly and helpful. The common areas such as the lobby, restaurant, hallway, and elevator were clean. It was nice to be able to open the windows slightly, have an empty fridge, and use the microwave in the restaurant. Except downtown, you can walk to museums, galleries, parks, theaters, and observatories from the hotel.

Breakfast was wonderful. Room was tiny but lovely. Bed was comfortable and the hotel went to special effort to provide us with special pillows we asked for.
