This guesthouse is located in Fresnaye beneath the Lion’s Head Mountain and just 200 metres from Sea Point promenade. It offers modern accommodation in relaxing surroundings. Incredibly welcoming from the get-go. It feels like a home but with a pool and a balcony where you can perch up with a drink from the well-stocked fridge. The team there are super friendly and it's nice and quiet. Great location, too, only a few hundred metres from the beach.

Situated on the slopes of Signal Hill, the family-run Maartens Guesthouse is set in Fresnaye, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. It features an outdoor pool and elegant rooms with free Wi-Fi. We stayed at Maarten’s guesthouse for two days and we loved it a lot! Maarten was very welcoming and gave us a lot of information about Cape Town and how to get to places. His place is peaceful, the pool was great and breakfast was tasty. We definitely recomend!

Nestled in the picturesque, sea-facing suburb of Fresnaye, Maison Fontainbleau Guest House offers a tranquil oasis with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and Signal Hill. Denise (Host) is super kind and very „professional“. The location of the Maison is insanely good. Super nice view above Seapoint, very quite and still very close to everything (would recommend a Rental or Uber).

Below Lions Head lies the stylish, elegant Villa, Walden Suites provide quiet, sunny accommodation with fantastic views of the Atlantic Ocean, Robben Island and Table Bay. Perfect location, friendly staff and nice rooms.

There is also a coffee machine. we really liked the atmosphere created by the hospitable owner Ruth and staff, thoughtful design and pleasant details of the rooms and the sharing area, caring and friendly staff, quiet and safe area within walking distance to the ocean, shops and restaurants, and comfortable pillows and beds.
