This recently refurbished house in Fresnaye has two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The main bedroom offers access to a splash pool with views of Lion's Head.The kitchen is roomy and boasts a modern design, complete with a washer and dishwasher.The dining table can comfortably seat up to five individuals.The lounge area provides cozy seating, equipped with a smart TV and complimentary WiFi. While the parking area is shared with the neighboring house, this house also has its own private garage.

Neighbourhood information

Set on the slopes of Lion’s Head, between Sea Point and Bantry Bay, Fresnaye is one of the cities' most fashionable residential areas and offers some of the finest holiday accommodation in Cape Town. Fresnaye's choice position on the mountain, the fact that it is sheltered from the notorious south-easterly and its easy access to Cape Town has produced some of the most expensive real estate along the Atlantic Seaboard. The streets here, as the suburb’s name indicates, are named after places in France and the magnificent views take in sweeping vistas of the Atlantic, Table Bay and Robben Island. The suburb gives one easy access to the various museums, galleries and alleyways of the city centre and is just minutes from the V&A Waterfront.
