We ate breakfast there every day and it was fine with a good selection. The view out on the sea from the eating area is inspiring. The best thing about this hotel, along with the kind staff, was the large heated swimming pool and the outdoor area. The kids loved the minigolf. Loro Parque is just a five minute stroll from the hotel and was a fantastic whole day experience for the entire family.

Two of our group are gluten-free/coeliac and Diego and Nelson were both wonderful in making sure we were able to get safe food in the evening. We had two my favourite club apartments for a family of 5 and the rooms were both spacious and relatively well equipped (if a little in need of a refresh in places). Only 5 minutes from the center (there is a free bus shuttle provided by the hotel). Staff is very kind and attentive. Lovely outdoor pool area, with a small pool area for children too. Breakfast and dinner buffet are good and various. Baby chair available if needed. There is a gym area. There is also the possibility to play squash and tennis. Hairdresser available on site.
