Everything! Ruth was friendly as she welcomed us after a last-minute booking due to walking out of our previously booked property. Ruth even went to get us a yummy cream tea. The location was peaceful and great for visiting family nearby. Everything was clean and well presented. We loved the decked area that was secure for our dog. We'll definitely very returning. The pods were basic as expected, warm and quirky. The family liked the stay in them, back to basics which is often needed, and they were warm. The bed linen was clean and the pillows comfy. A good location for the beach and close to amenities. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Perfect property for a family of 4, with 2 young children (2 and 4). They loved watching the trains go past in the evening and visiting the swans/ducks each morning. We had everything that we needed, all was clean and comfortable. Information and suggestions were thorough and useful.

The host was very accommodating and quick to respond when we have questions. Family holiday with under 5s have access to the kids club and pool in the holiday park. We enjoyed a 12 min walk to the beach as well. Launderette on site is very helpful. Suggestion for the host: please check the lighting where the twin beds are. We will book again when we get the chance.

Lots of thought has been put into the things you might need from family board games and colouring for the children, to cooking appliances like an air fryer and microwave. It's only a 10 minute walk to the beach and other attractions so the location is very ideal. The hosts were very friendly and polite and we look forward to staying again. A short walk to the beach and easy drives to multiple Devon attractions and activities (Kent Cavern, Lyme Regis etc.).
