Family room was massive so plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 autistic children to play and relax the whole place was spotless The owner was there to greet us despite being very late after a puncture and was able to direct us to kwik fit in the morning Would definitely recommend

We were travelling down for a family funeral and the hotel had our room ready in time for early check in to allow us to freshen up and change. Everyone was welcoming. Hotel was clean. Room was lovely and bed was comfy. Breakfast was amazing, just struggled with the cup of tea both in the room and restaurant

Warm and friendly welcome 😁 We had two rooms as we travelled with our 96 year old mam. Comfortable, peaceful overnight stay. Great value for money and excellent communication. Excellent breakfast brought to our rooms 😁 Thank you for your kindness and flexibility as we stayed while on the way to a family funeral.

Not much tbh and I hate giving not great reviews, needs updating, house never smelled fresh, we had kids with us mixed ages room was big but cluttered so no space, stained carpets, tv not working, no WiFi password given, no tea coffee facilities oh sorry there was coffee cups but no milk, no sugar or no spoons. couldn't wait to leave not a great experience host could of and should of made more of an effort especially with a family staying with young children. No offer of breakfast In the room rate.

Staff were friendly, stayed there before, being honest why the hell do you put a family of four with 2 youngish children on the floor, 2nd floor, room 222 with a bunch of adult only groups, the loudest pissheads I have heard, swearing literally by our door keeping the kids awake who were literally scared

We have stayed previously, which is why we chose the Burstin. The Staff are helpful, Parking on site is convenient. Close to Family members, who have young children, so good for a visit, but a fairly peaceful night and lay in without small children waking us at the crack of dawn.
