Ashtree House is a family run bed and breakfast on the outskirts of the village of Thornton, also know as the the birth place of the Brontë family. Featuring traditional Victorian features, the property offers free WiFi and onsite parking. We loved Ashtree House! Chris and Bev are both super friendly and we felt at home straight away. We booked both the rooms and they were both beautiful. Everything was super clean. The breakfast in the morning was delicious too. We had to have breakfast early, because we had to catch the ferry back from Dover to France, but that was no problem for them. We had a delicious Indian dinner at Manzil in the evening. We only stayed for one night, but we wished we booked more nights, because Ashtree House was fantastic and the area is lovely too.
