The room was big with a super comfortable bed. Everything is very new. Apartment located in the city center. Super convenient for skiing in Sauze, only 11 mins drive. Breakfast very tasty. The property was excellent. Family run, the staff were very friendly, helpful and provided good advice on the resort. The en-suite room was well appointed, immaculately clean and spacious. The high standard breakfast provided was both very generous and varied. The ski room in the basement of the hotel is only 100 meters from the nearest ski lift meant access to the slopes could not be better.

This family-run B&B experience was way better than we anticipated. Parking was convenient right on the main street in front of the building. The rooms have been recently renovated and include comfortable mattresses, solid wood furniture, a desk, and extremely hot water in the shower. We had (303) located on the lower floor which included a patio door out to the terrace where we could sunbathe, meditate on the mountain, and take our breakfast and afternoon tea. The owners, Fabrizio & Simon take care of the day-to-day including a complimentary breakfast of coffee and some incredibly tasty cakes and tarts prepared by their mother. There is also a selection of nice cheeses, juices, and cereals to enjoy if you need less sugar first thing in the morning. We extended our stay a couple extra nights awaiting a parcel and stayed in their father's property two doors down with the same view and exceptional familial hospitality. They even extended the check-out for us our last day. We really enjoyed our time here and the warm welcome we received from the host family.

First of all, the facility is fantastic. Cozy and warm old fashioned farm house, yet modern equipment combined with vintage style furniture. The staff is above any expectations. Not only friend, but incredibly helpful. I have felt almost like at home there. Breakfasts are top notch. Home style food made preferably from local ingredients, fresh juice, cheese from local farm, the same for the eggs. This place is also outstandingly clean. You will also love the countryside environment and nature around. Sestriere is right above, yet too far for any noises. Highly recommend!

BnB 1504 is situated in Oulx centre, 3 km from Via Lattea Ski Resort. BnB 1504 features free WiFi throughout the property. Every room is equipped with a flat-screen TV. The breakfast was phenomenal. All cakes home made by the wonderful and friendly host. There was also fruit, yogurt, bread and local savoury products.
