Super welcome and service. Lovely cottage with everything needed and more. Terrific breakfast with fresh bread, home made jam, fresh eggs. Good location close to Richmond village and good base for day tripping. A delightful haven to return to at the end of a day of adventures. We three Kiwis highly recommend.

Didn’t dine at the manor but others told us it was a beautiful home cooked meal served by the owners. Go with an open mind, the owners are charming and doing their best, it would not be an easy place to maintain. We enjoyed it.

We enjoyed the warm bread and lovely nreakfast spread. We also enjoyed the lovely conversations with Kim. It has also a good location which is near Richmond, Sorell and a couple of farms. We loved meeting and feeding the animals, some of which are rescues ❤️ Sharon and Kim were exceptional hosts the cottage was very clean and comfortable. the breakfast basket with freshly baked bread and farm fresh eggs was amazing.
