This was our favorite place to stay on our trip to Sicily!The location among vineyards at the base of Etna is amazing. The family who runs the property is so nice and humble. The breakfasts and dinners were absolutely delicious and everything is homemade with ingredients directly from their farm! Our 3 and 6 year old loved greeting the animals every day we were there and they also enjoyed the playground and kicking the soccer ball in the grassy area. The proprietors also have young kids and they were often at the restaurant while we were having dinner, so it was very casual and fun for our kids to have new playmates. Highly recommended for families and as a base to visit wineries and Etna!

We effectively had a “rustic farmhouse” in the middle of a working vineyard with views of Mt Etna. It was quiet, and calm and very pleasant interlude before continuing our explorations of Sicily.

It is a very pleasant farmhouse, beautiful, spacious and spotlessly clean rooms in a great location from which to explore the Etna area and go for lovely walks. The breakfast is varied, there was everything and more for a good start to the day. We would definitely come back if we come to Sicily again.

Love the setting and the classy renovation of these old farm buildings. Loved the feeling of being inside a working vineyard, not to mention on the flanks of a very active volcano (this place just missed being wiped out by a lava flow).
