We were sating in Hillside One and were stunned from the moment we arrived - the 'tour' that was provided of the facilities (which are stunning) was a great way to start out trip. We only stayed one night as part of a busy itinerary, but we wish we could have stayed longer and wouldn't hesitate to go back. The bathroom and kitchen facilities are amazing - so many realy lovely little touches - the owners have thought of everything. The value for money is not to be understated - if you are considering booking, do it. You won't regret it. We hope to be back some day soon.

Located in Port Arthur and only 4.2 km from Port Arthur, Ruby's Cottage Farm Stay provides accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. The air-conditioned accommodation is 6.4 km from Port Arthur Historic Site. The property is non-smoking and is situated 49 km from NAB House. We loved our stay at this property. The owner, Rod, was extremely friendly and very helpful. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. The farm and surrounding scenery were just beautiful and we would take long walks in the afternoon and evening, accompanied by one of their dogs. We had a chicken hang out near our back door and the cows at times were close by as well. Rod took us into the field to brush the Highland cattle, which we really enjoyed. The views of the hills, the bay and parts of the Port Arthur historic site were just gorgeous. We would definitely stay at Ruby‘s cottage again.

Terrific breakfast with fresh bread, home made jam, fresh eggs. Good location close to Richmond village and good base for day tripping. A delightful haven to return to at the end of a day of adventures. We three Kiwis highly recommend.

Offering a wood fireplace and views of the orchard and gardens, Elvenhome Farm is a unique farm stay experience. It offers an educational experience to guests. It is only a short drive from Deloraine in the Tasmanian region and 48 km from Cradle Mountain. Free private parking is available on site. We loved everything and our kids too. Remote enough to feel away from civilization and close enough to all the necessary things and places to visit (Cradle Mountain Park, wildlife sanctuaries…). The orchards, the farm animals, the wonderful welcome from Graham and Kathleen. We just regret not spending more time on the farm.

The farm stay has 2 bedrooms, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and a microwave, a washing machine, and 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower. The farm stay offers bed linen, towels and laundry service. Our visit was only overnight stop, due to a committment we were unable to look around next morning or meet hosts. Sad that the country is so dry at this time year

Welcoming hosts and everything you need catered for. I am a return visitor because I haven't found better and the value is amazing.

Lilydale Falls, Lilydale Village and the Lilydale Tree toppers adventures are all less than 15 minutes' drive from the property. Scottsdale Town, offering local fresh produce, bakeries, shops, pubs and clubs is only a 25-minute drive from Lockleigh Park. Lovely location in the countryside. The host went to a lot of effort to ensure our stay was pleasant and comfortable. The beds are excellent and the kitchen is well equipped. Generally we find that kitchens have few utensils etc. where we have stayed in the past but Alison supplied everything imaginable. We were also very impressed with the quality, good sized towels that were supplied. Highly recommended.
