This was the best experience you can have. The staff was AMAZING. They were so so sweet, so kind and helpfull, and with the best patience you can have as a human being. A friend of mine was also staying over but did something wrong with a booking, and they were so helpfull, so she could also have the best stay possible. The staff was caring, and very funny. You can have good laugh with them. I am surprised how guest can treat them so unkind, because all they do is help you, and you can also have a very nice talk with them. Being kind to other people is for free :) Give it a try! The hotel manager Ibrahim was also the BEST. I wish i could stayed for a longer period of time because it was the best experience i could have.

Everything was perfect, food & beverage 10, housekeep 10, animation 10, pools and beach 10, with shallow water for kids and deep water from a nice marina for swimming and enjoy snorkling. Aqua park also suitable for kids and adults. All of the staff were so friendly and trying to let us be satisfied, Mr Mohamed and Mr Walid the managers and the chefs were taking care of us always asking how satisfied we are!.....we would like to come back again next year
