Each modern suite Aqua Suites has a private furnished terrace and air conditioning. There is a satellite TV, a living area with kettle and fridge and a bathroom with hairdryer, free toiletries.

Had a great stay at Aqua Suites. It's a ten-minute walk from the beach and the Puerto del Carmen promenade. A couple of supermarkets are just 5 minutes away. Our room had a magnificent view over the pool, it was spacious and spotlessly clean. Breakfast has various cold options from the buffet. You can also order some delicious hot options that will be cooked on order. We also tried dinner and can only recommend it. Every day there's different tasty specials in addition to the à la carte menu. The staff is welcoming, corteous and always happy to help. We would like to extend our special thanks to David and the lovely receptionist from Ecuador (so sorry we are this bad with names and didn't catch yours!) and to Christian at the restaurant. They are clearly passionate about their job and about providing an excellent service to their customers. Highly recommended!

Food: breakfast is very good, could be more different day to day. Dinner - top! Always something different, fresh stakes & fish etc. We didn't get bored with dinner after 8 nights!! Staff: always there, always helpful. They will go extra to help you out! Extra: every 2 nights enterntainment in the bar for the kids, lovely lady doing that. Small gym (some weights, treadmill). Small footbal court to kick ball with kids. Free parking just outside. Pool: was a little cold during New year's stay, but after noon weather gets hot and you don't care. Would stay again, without looking for alternatives!!

I have to point out that the junior suit was teriffic with separated living space and bedroom, separated shower and bathtub and a very relaxing balcony with seaview. We enjoyed what therestaurant had to offer each day. It offers many breakfast options as well as apetizers, main courses and desserts for dinner. The location of the hotel is also excelent - the beach, shops and bars are all couple of steps away. To summarize, we enjoyed the stay.

Location was ideal round the corner from Lidl and Hyper dino and few nice bars. 10 min walk to centre strip . 5 -10 min walk down hill to Biosfera shopping centre. Maria met us on arrival arranged early checkin and was lovely . She left us a nice gift basket with good quality wine and local Canarian products. Andrew the pool man came twice to clean pool he was very nice too and offered to put pool heat on as we said it was freezing.

Our favourite parts were the gorgeous lighting, the spacious walk in shower, the stunning flooring throughout, the high quality furniture (inside and out), the large smart TV, the excellent Wifi, the coffee machine and the air-conditioning in one of the bedrooms. The owner is very helpful and responsive and we will definitely return.
