Allowed me to check in VERY early, when I arrived on the Isle of Man quite early in the morning by ferry. (Located a 10 minute walk from the ferry terminal) Even agreed to go to the post office to mail my postcard after I left! Gave helpful advice about public transportation and things to do... made for really friendly conversation, thank you again! If I ever return to the Isle of Man, would be happy to stay here.

There were lots of added touches with little extras at the start and end of the stay and the hosts were even kind enough to leave a birthday card & present when they realised it was my birthday! The breakfast choice was wonderful, with everything cooked freshly and served quickly.

The breakfast was very good. the technology in the hotel is so over the top. We do not need a toilet seat that lifts up when you enter the bathroom. There were reading lights on both sides of the bed but a switch on only one side which made it difficult for one person to read later than the other but not be able to switch the light off without getting out of bed and walking to the other side and then walking back in the dark.. We could not understand the TV as it was far too complicated

Traveling on my own, I felt safe there, because if you have a concern or question, it is addressed within the same day.
